Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unleveled and return in the same state via the raft and pin before refunds are submitted.

Refunds

Refunds can take up to 3-4 days. Sometimes instant depending on the payment processor you used.

Sale items

If the item was on sale, you get the sale price refunded only

Physical Returns (we will be selling physical Ark items)

Returns on items are the same as PayPal rules, item must be returned in the same state as sent to get refund. If your item has been damaged in Shipment it will be up to the supplier if they refund your item. Most times its refundable.

Most physical items are shipped within 2-5 days and supplied with tracking. If your shipment is late, please contact us below, we will make sure the item is on its way and take care of the issue.
